The Youth Resiliency Program will focus on navigating resources to increase positive outcomes among school age children (K-12) and families in Benton and Franklin Counties, and the community of Burbank. This project will provide direct services to youth such as outreach services and case management, coordination of community resources, family education, Youth prevention/intervention groups, youth resilience programming, and community outreach at school and community events.
This project is funded by the Greater Health Now Community Care Hub.
