The Washington School Nurse Data Workgroup (WSNDW) began as a group of school nurses interested in enhancing communication of student health issues. These nurses are promoting consistency in school nursing data by using standardized coding to give common language to use in nurse documentation.
To view the most up to date data sets, download the 2023-2024 Washington Student Health Codes.

How to Volunteer
Angela Fry ([email protected]), ESD 123’s Regional Public Health Coordinator, will be coordinating the change process for the 2022-2023 School year.
If you are interested in volunteering please email Angela Fry with your name and school district. As a volunteer, you will field questions, concerns, and consider additions, deletions, and changes to current data sets. This group meets 2-3 times during the school year to review the compiled surveys and make recommendations for data set changes.
