Summer programs LEADs to unique learning

TC Futures is in the middle of an exciting summer program. The LEAD Summer Program is offering students unique opportunities to learn about everything from hospitality to leadership and driver's ed.
Most recently students studying hospitality this summer, had a chance to take a field trip to Castle Catering in Richland. There they had a first-hand opportunity to learn about different jobs available in the catering industry.
Another group of students, studying leadership, recently took a field trip to Einan's Event Center to learn about what it takes to own your own business and be a leader.
Students throughout the program are being offered hands-on learning opportunities and being given a unique chance to learn from those who are currently working in fields they're interested in.
This summer there are 27 students taking part in the LEAD program.
