Site staff and administrators held a ribbon cutting ceremony with preschool student Julian Flores Esparza officially cutting the ribbon on the new site. ESD 123 ECEAP administrators, teachers, and Family Support Specialists, as well as Pasco School District Superintendent Michelle Whitney, Assistant Superintendent of Operations Raul Sital, and Director of Special Services and Early Intervention Kristi Docken, were present to celebrate the opening. This would not have been possible without the relentless dedication and flexibility of ECEAP staff; the Pasco School District, including Executive Director of Equity, Partnerships, and Family Engagement Dr. Omar Escalera; in addition to those present at the ceremony; and the entire Lakeview community in serving these students and their families. With the opening of the Lakeview Community ECEAP site, ESD 123 ECEAP currently has 4 sites with a total of 11 classrooms in the Pasco School District. More information on ECEAP preschools is available on the ESD 123 website at www.esd123.org/eceap.
