History
In 2007 the Legislature approved SHB 1128 which provides funding to each of the nine Educational Service Districts for a Regional Mathematics Coordinator. The Coordinators were charged with providing regional professional development activities related to mathematics curriculum and instruction.

Teaching Mathematics Through The Common Core State StandardsIMPLEMENTING THE CCSS-M IN THE CLASSROOM
Grades 6-8 (has been canceled watch for in the fall) Implementing Common Core State Standards Mathematics Focus, Coherence, & Rigor Series designed for K-12 teachers and administrators to deepen their understanding of the intricate pieces necessary to implement the CCSS-M with integrity. While not required, it is strongly encouraged that you attend the sessions in order, or have previously attended an Implementing the CCSS-M spring workshop as this is foundational knowledge for subsequent sessions.
