21st Century Community Learning Centers Consortium (CLCC)

At the conclusion of the 2005-06 school year, ESD 123 completed its third year of the 21st CLCC grant. This program offers after school programs and parent education opportunities. This five-year 21st CCLC grant program is administered by OSPI.

The ESD 123's 21st CCLC Program includes six sites operating after school programs in four public and two private school districts. The program targets low-income populations with low educational attainment levels for students and their parents.
