Successful grant recipients will receive $9,000 funded through the federal Title II, Part D: Enhancing Education Through Technology (EETT) program. This grant funds 10 days of professional development, travel, substitute teacher costs, and equipment and software for participating classrooms.

About the Enhanced Peer Coaching Program

Now in its second year of implementation as the focus of all of our state’s $1.7 million in competitive Title II, Part D (Enhancing Education Through Technology, or EETT) funds, the 2-year Enhanced Peer Coaching Program is preparing over 280 teacher leaders to serve as peer coaches in the systematic integration of technology into classrooms for their colleagues. This program adds two days of training to the standard eight days of the Microsoft Peer Coaching training through the Educational Technology Support Center (ETSC) Program, to expand awareness about learning technologies. Based on scientific research, Peer Coaching has a proven track record in schools here and across the country.
