Collaborative Grant Development

Prevention Services staff will provide grant application development in partnership with schools and community for programs that focus on prevention and intervention of substance abuse and violence, access to mental health and substance abuse counseling services, school safety, and resource acquisition to provide security and safety equipment. Below is a list of leadership roles ESD 123 provides in the grant development process:

  • Partnership with school districts for increased services and resources;
  • Partnership with community groups to reduce risk factors and increase protective factors for children and families;
  • ESD projects that support professional training and other resources to school districts;
  • Grant Applications with ESD 123 as Lead fiscal agent and partner;
  • Grant Applications with ESD 123 as fiscal agent only;
  • Grant Applications with ESD 123 as a fee for service which includes research and assessment.
