BREAKING RANKS IITM: Strategies For Leading High School Reform
The goal of Breaking Ranks IITM training is to ensure the success of high school leadership teams as they engage in systemic reform, using Breaking Ranks IITM recommendations, to improve student performance.
Training Objectives:
Deepen understanding of the three core areas and seven cornerstone strategies in Breaking Ranks IITM and apply them to improve student performance.
Increase a school’s capacity to engage in collaborative leadership for effective implementation of Breaking Ranks IITM areas and strategies.
Use targeted professional development as a tool to improve student performance.
Illustrate possible entry points or areas in which to begin reform.
Profile the successes, challenges, and results of schools implementing the recommendations.
