At the conclusion of the 2007-2008 school year, ESD 123 completed its fifth year of the 21st CLCC grant. This program offers after school programs and parent education opportunities. This five-year 21st CCLC grant program is administered by OSPI. The ESD was awarded a second 21st CCLC grant that began at the beginning of the 2007-2008 school year.
The ESD 123's 21st CCLC Program operates after school programs at six school districts. The program targets low-income populations with low educational attainment levels for students and their parents.
