| A collaborative partnership between Educational Service District 123, Prosser and North Franklin School Districts to provide youth substance abuse treatment services. Youth Chemical Dependency Assessments can be scheduled in other locations in Benton & Franklin counties. Fees are based on XIX medicaid, low income fee schedule, private pay, and insurance billing. | |
Audience:Youth ages 11-18 who are eligible for treatment program services based on certain criteria. This includes youth with high rates of substance abuse and those who have difficulties accessing community-based treatment, minority youth, high risk, and hard to reach youth. |
