Grey Video Screen

  • A Grey screen will usually mean you are connected to either the other site or into the MCU.
  • On a point-to-point, a grey screen usually means the other site is not ready for your call.
  • On a multi-point, a grey screen usually means you are the first one dialing into the MCU.

If you experience the grey screen and either there are already people dialed into the MCU or you are sure that the other side of a point to point is working, please call your RITU for immediate assistance at 509.547.8441.
