Director of School Improvement
Educational Service District 123's Teaching and Learning Department is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Director of School Improvement. The Director of School Improvement is a senior leadership position that is responsible to provide innovative support and guidance to school districts in southeastern Washington State. The Director provides leadership, technical assistance, and support to schools and systems at the regional and state level. In collaboration with school district leadership, the Director designs, implements, and monitors effective research-based strategies to improve student achievement. Pathways Special Education Teacher

21st Century Program Site Coordinator
ESD 123 is seeking a qualified individual to be responsible for coordinating after school student academic programs, culturally relevant enrichment programs, family skill building programs, adult education programs, student activities and other components developed as part of the 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program. Prevention/Intervention Specialist Middle School Educational Advocate
ESD 123 is seeking to fill three P/I Specialist positions to serve students in Kennewick andPasco School Districts. This position requires professional experience in substance abuse, violence prevention and intervention services.Must meet WAC requirements for WA State P/I Specialist and possess registration or licensure with WA State Department of Health as a health care provider. Prior experience working with youth is required and bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred. Prior experience working with school systems is preferred. Prevention Services Project Coordinator

21st Century Community Learning Centers Program Administrator
ESD 123 is requesting aualifications form individuals to provide administrative oversight for 21st Century Community Learning Center after school programs. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 1. Mantain programs that meet grant objectives and state/federal requiremements, 2. Develop and train site coordinators to implement evaluation and reporting tools and methodologies, 3. Coordinate with ESD Project Coordinator to develop and monitor site budgets alinged with the overall project budget, 4. Recommend individuals for hire as site coordinators, 5. Complete monthly ESD reporting requirements, such as reconciling staff time and effort reporting, 6. Provide for professional development, as needed, for staff at each site, 7. Maintain productive and positive relationships with school administrators, teachers and other staff, 8. Inventory all equibpment purchased with grant funds, 9.
