ESD 123’s Department of Special Services is focused on
providing technical assistance and professional development
in the areas of special education and early childhood special education.
The Special Education Consortium strives to enhance regional
capacity in order to recruit and retain hard-to-find special education
personnel, while reducing costs, promoting consistency in services,
and increasing collaboration through improved communication for
participating districts.
