ESD 123 offers an ever-changing menu of services to meet the needs of our school systems and their communities. Programs include cooperatives, consortiums, grant-funded services, fee-for-service work, and numerous programs provided at no cost to districts.

Art Show

An annual, juried exhibit showcasing student art from high schools across 23 school districts.

Attendance and Engagement

Reconnecting youth and families who have disconnected from education and preventing youth who are at-risk of disengaging through district and community programs.

Audiology Services

Audiology services help to ensure access to auditory-based classroom instruction for all deaf and hard of hearing students, regardless of eligibility status.

Be Well Program

Wellness strategies, such as mindfulness, meditation, breathwork and mindful movement, that can complement MTSS tier I efforts PK-12, specifically around staff self-care and student social emotional learning and mental health. Strategies align with the Washington State Social Emotional Learning Standards (CASEL), and can be incorporated with students of all ages, as well as school staff and families.

Candy Mountain Academy

Candy Mountain Academy provides a supportive learning environment where students in kindergarten-10th grade can improve their academic and social skills while learning appropriate ways to manage behavior and improve their self-esteem.

Career Pathways in Education

Regional coordination with school districts and local businesses to provide career awareness, exploration, and launch programs that provide students with early exposure to jobs and industries.

CDL Bus Driver Testing

Bus driver testing cooperative for CDL holders.

Clock Hours

Clock hour and professional development assistance for the educational community.

Communication Support

Communication and graphic design services to enhance district and community public relations.

Content and Instruction

The Content Coordinators at ESD 123 support teachers and school districts by supporting efforts to increase teacher leaders and by providing workshops in various content areas including math, science, STEM and literacy.

Crystal Apple Awards

Regional celebration sponsored by community businesses recognizing excellent public educators.

Data Coaching

An interdisciplinary team to help schools and districts enhance data practices.

Early Intervention

Services to children ages birth to 3 who have disabilities or developmental delays.

This program involves mentoring and helping small school district's food service directors meet their needs including help with writing grants for kitchen supplies, staying in compliance, passing audits, and more.
