The 2018 AESD Conference will be held at our ESD 123 Professional Development Center, located at 3924 W. Court St. in Pasco, Washington. All events and meetings will be held at this location, unless otherwise noted below.

The evening social and cash bar will begin at 6:00 PM, with dinner served at 6:30 PM. A bus will arrive at the Hampton Inn at 4:50 PM and travel to Courtyard by Marriott at 5:00 PM to transport those interested to Terra Blanca. Another bus will arrive at the Hampton Inn again at 5:15 pm, then travel to Homewood Suites at 5:25 to bring remaining guests seeking transportation to Terra Blanca by 6:00 PM. 
6:00-6:30 PM Social and cash bar at Terra Blanca
6:30-8:00 PM Banquet Dinner & President’s Award at Terra Blanca
8:00 PM Buses arrive at Terra Blanca to transport guests back to Richland hotel blocks
