Special Education Services

ESD 123 offers a number of related-service provider servcies. The ESD aims to be a boon to districts in locating quality providers in hard-to-fill related services positions. Our typical client is the smaller school district with less than a full FTE staffing need. We keep our costs at the lowest margin possible and deliver high quality service providers. In addition to service to smaller school districts, we provide staffing to districts experiencing staffing level changes just before or during a given school year. We can often assist districts in the event of leave replacement issues and in the case of other temporary needs as well. As a contract service, we offer the advantage of roll over contracts and many districts appreciate the flexibility a year-to-year relationship provides them. We currently provide service in a neighboring ESD and are constantly exploring collaborative service options with our ESD partners on our borders.

Our philosophy of service is collaborative. We aim to build as much direct service capacity as we can with existing school district personnel and our staff often serve as trainers of adult learners as a result of this philosophy.
