Just a reminder that the annual Building Technology Inventory is available on OSPI's Electronic Data System (EDS) at https://eds.ospi.k12.wa.us/  (Look for Technology Survey in the list of applications).

As in the past, we pre-populated this year's survey with the information you gave us for the 2006-07 school year. So, if there is no change in an item, leave the data as is, and move on to the next question.

Each district will need to provide updated data about the level of technology literacy for their 8th grade students as well as the level of technology integration by their teachers (see http://www.k12.wa.us/EdTech/TechRequirements.aspx). As before, each district may choose how to gather this information, and the free PILOT JR self-assessment tool for students and free PILOT self-assessment tool for teachers are again available if districts wish to use those, with the ability to separate survey results from previous years from this year's data.

Survey Deadline March 10, 2008 It is now due March 24th

All districts must complete the technology inventory by March 24, 2008.
